Template for Incoming Call Notification

By means of this e-mail template, your staff members (represented as contact persons in the OMC) can be notified individually on unanswered incoming calls. This is a simple example for how this template can be set up:

In this template, you can access the todo fields using the todo keyword. A todo also includes the account and contact fields with which the account and the contact person concerned, respectively, can be retrieved.
