Task: Deletes the linkId link if it is a free link contained in the draft version.
Syntax:
link withId linkId delete
Function parameters: none
Return value if successful: none
Necessary permissions (nur CM): The user must be the editor of
the file in whose draft version the link is defined in. A user must have the
permissionWrite permission for a file of which he wants to become the
editor.
Example:
CM>link withId 4273.9 delete
