Task: The command checks whether a license is present for the specified application in the specified version.
Syntax:
licenseManager checkLicense appName version
Function parameters:
appName specifies the name of an application whose
presence in the license.xml license file is to be checked. The
name must be specified exactly the way it has been specified in the license
file.version is the version character string which is compared
with the version string in the license file.Return value if successful: If the application
appName is listed in the license file and if the version number in the
license file begins with version, the return value is the empty value.
Otherwise a corresponding error message is returned.
Necessary permissions: no restrictions
