CMS Functionality

  • When a user creates CMS files, the read and write permissions for these files are no longer granted to the user’s standard group if the user already has a more powerful permission (administration permission). (ID 10678)

  • With some web browsers, the file selection field in a wizard returned an absolute path instead of a file name after the file has been uploaded. Now, the selection field always returns the name of the uploaded file only. (ID 11441)

  • Database deadlocks no longer occur with CMS Fiona and Microsoft SQL Server. (ID 11620)

  • Archived versions of files can contain links to other files, the link destinations. If such a link destination is deleted, the lastChanged value of the archived versions containing the links to the deleted file is no longer updated. (ID 11871)

  • During obj touchAll and incrExport reset, symbolic links in the file system are now handled properly. (ID 11804)

  • With the option to have titles displayed instead of names, users and user groups can now be selected without misleading error messages being displayed. (ID 11970)

Rails Connector for CMS Fiona

  • The Obj#valid_from, Obj#valid_until, and Obj#last_changes methods now return unique values of the Time class. (ID 12592)

  • The edit markers of the Rails Connector are now properly positioned even if the preview page includes large images that are loaded slowly. (ID 12641)

  • The combination of deactivated objects, NamedLinks and Obj.hompage no longer causes an error. (ID 12956)

Portal Manager

  • In JSPs, portlets can now again interact with each other. (ID 11461)

  • The flow portlet failed to read the e-mail template if the latter was addressed using a relative path. (ID 11738)

  • If more than one voting was created for the voting portlet, only the first one accepted votes. (ID 11739)

  • Sometimes, the voting portlet failed to properly display the voting results. (ID 11740)

  • Sometimes, it was not possible to vote using the voting portlet. (ID 11744)

  • Sometimes, parallel access to a JSP caused the Portal Manager to deliver this page without content, i.e. an empty page. (ID 11859)

  • After every second export, the Portal Manager delivered obsolete data if the data were fetched directly from the export directory of the Template Engine. (ID 12665)
