Every event has a title, a date for the first event day, and a date for the last day of the event.
To an event, participants and mailings can be assigned. You can define fields for the participants in which event-specific pieces of information can be stored for each paricipant. For a product demonstration event, for example, a field like NumberOfSamplescan be defined to store the number of product samples a participant wishes to receive.
